Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email support@modernshade.org with your name, order number and item you wish to return. If an order is canceled after it has already been shipped and is in transit, a 4.5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers payment processing and order handling costs that are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed. Once an order has been delivered, all costs associated with returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.

Our return policy does not apply to any products purchased through authorized retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate the return process.

If you have any questions about our return process, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@modernshade.org.

Sunbrella® solution-dyed fabric

Color Made to Stay Beautiful.

Outdoor fabrics are constantly exposed to sun, rain, and changing weather. That's why Lusso features Sunbrella® solution-dyed fabric, where color is infused throughout each fiber rather than applied only to the surface. The result is rich, vibrant color that remains beautiful through years of outdoor living.

FSC-certified teak armrests

Warm Natural Teak. Refined Modern Design.

The combination of powder-coated aluminum and FSC-certified teak creates a balance between durability and warmth. The natural wood detailing adds texture and character, giving Lusso a refined appearance that complements both contemporary patios and coastal outdoor spaces.

Non-porous, grooved aluminum that resists scratching.

A Tabletop Built to Live With

The tabletop's grooved surface isn't just visual—it's non-porous and scratch-resistant, made to handle the small, everyday moments of a dinner table: plates set down, glasses slid across, the occasional knife mark. It stays composed through all of it, with a finish that looks the same at the end of summer as it did at the start.

Custom-fit protection for rain, dust, and time off.

A Cover, Tailored to the Set

Included with every set, the cover is cut to this table's exact dimensions—not a generic fit that flaps or gathers water at the seams. Between gatherings, it keeps rain, dust, and pollen off the surface, so the finish stays as composed as the day it arrived.

Confidence in the build, beyond the first season.

Backed by a 3-Year Warranty

A 3-year warranty isn't just paperwork—it reflects how the set is built to begin with: solid aluminum joinery, weather-rated fabric, hardware made for outdoor exposure. It's the kind of reassurance that lets you set up once and simply enjoy the space, year after year.

Such a good question to ask before ordering! If you are unsure about anything in a photo, just ask — we would rather you order with complete confidence!

Great question! Box counts vary by model and size — the exact total is printed on each box label as Box X of Y, and once your order ships you will see one tracking number per box in your confirmation email.
