Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email support@modernshade.org with your name, order number and item you wish to return. If an order is canceled after it has already been shipped and is in transit, a 4.5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers payment processing and order handling costs that are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed. Once an order has been delivered, all costs associated with returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.

Our return policy does not apply to any products purchased through authorized retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate the return process.

If you have any questions about our return process, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@modernshade.org.

CAVO SERIES

The Cavo Series is where outdoor dining finds its rhythm. Aluminum, teak, and woven detail — built for long tables, easy gatherings, and everything that lingers after.

Slatted top drains — no toweling off.

Rain Falls Through.

A solid top collects water after every rain, waiting for someone to deal with it. This one doesn't — the slats let it pass right through, and the table is ready when you are.

All-aluminum frame. Precision-welded joints.

Built to Outlast the Elements.

Aluminum resists rust — and precision welding means no weak points where moisture can get in. The joints are smooth, the edges are clean, and the frame stays that way.

Welded frame. Strong joints throughout.

Solid. No Flex.

Every joint is precision-welded, not bolted together and hoped for the best. The result is a frame built not to shift, creak, or wobble — even after years outside.

Six people, comfortably seated

67 Inches of Table

no balancing acts: Most tables that say they fit 6 forget about everything that comes with a meal. At 67", there’s room for full place settings, shared dishes in the center, and enough breathing space so no one’s guarding their elbows.

The Cavo dining table has a solid aluminum top — no umbrella hole — in a weather-resistant powder-coated finish, available in White or Gray. If shade is essential for your setup, we would love to suggest pairing ideas — just ask!

Such a good question to ask before ordering! Some photos show display-only styling to inspire your space — everything that is included in your set, from the table and chairs to the cushions, is listed in the product description. If you are unsure about anything in a photo, just ask — we would rather you order with complete confidence!

Thank you for your interest in our products! Orders are processed the same day we receive them, and once the warehouse takes over (typically 1-2 business days), delivery usually takes 1-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Rest assured we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible — you will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment it ships.

Good news — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous US! There are no delivery charges at checkout, and your order ships straight to your door.

Great question! Box counts vary by model and size — the exact total is printed on each box label as Box X of Y, and once your order ships you will see one tracking number per box in your confirmation email. If you would like to know the count for a specific model before ordering, just tell us which one you are considering and we will happily check for you!

We want you to love your purchase! If you would like to return an item bought from our website, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt — we will guide you through every step (1-888-666-3070 or support@modernshade.org). Items should be in like-new condition in their original packaging; return shipping is covered by the customer, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Our furniture arrives 95% pre-assembled. The chairs are fully assembled, and the table only requires connecting the two tabletop pieces and attaching the four legs. It’s a quick, straightforward setup that one person can typically complete in 10 minutes or less.

We have got you covered! The most reliable way is to share your order number with us, and we will send the assembly instructions that exactly match your set right here in chat. If anything looks off with the instructions you have, we will make sure you get the right version!
