Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email support@modernshade.org with your name, order number and item you wish to return. If an order is canceled after it has already been shipped and is in transit, a 4.5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers payment processing and order handling costs that are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed. Once an order has been delivered, all costs associated with returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.

Designed for the Outdoors

Built in Rust-Resistant Aluminum.

Many outdoor chairs rely on coated steel frames that can become vulnerable once the finish is damaged. Lusso is crafted entirely from aluminum, a material naturally resistant to rust and corrosion. From humid coastlines to rainy backyards, it is designed to maintain its appearance season after season with minimal maintenance.

Sunbrella® solution-dyed fabric

Color Made to Stay Beautiful.

Outdoor fabrics are constantly exposed to sun, rain, and changing weather. That's why Lusso features Sunbrella® solution-dyed fabric, where color is infused throughout each fiber rather than applied only to the surface. The result is rich, vibrant color that remains beautiful through years of outdoor living.

High-resilience foam

Comfort That Lasts Beyond the First Hour.

A great outdoor dining chair should feel just as comfortable at dessert as it does at dinner. Lusso cushions feature high-resilience foam that helps maintain shape and support through extended use, while a waterproof inner liner helps protect the cushion core from moisture and promotes faster drying after rain.

FSC-certified teak armrests

Warm Natural Teak. Refined Modern Design.

The combination of powder-coated aluminum and FSC-certified teak creates a balance between durability and warmth. The natural wood detailing adds texture and character, giving Lusso a refined appearance that complements both contemporary patios and coastal outdoor spaces.

Easy to Store. Built to Last.

Stackable design backed by a 3-year warranty.

When the gathering is over, Lusso stacks neatly to help save space during storage or seasonal transitions. Every chair is backed by a 3-year warranty and built with premium outdoor materials designed for years of everyday use.
